Black accent wall, concrete floor, luxurious wood grain, sofa, chairs, wine/cocktail bar and adjacent courtyard. Also can be used as meeting space or whatever creative idea you have.

General Rules
No smoking inside of the building.
Must abide by all local laws.
Must leave space in same condition that you received it in.

Furniture and decorations may be moved
If guest will require the movement of furniture from the building they can notify staff. Permission must be granted to move furniture prior to booking. Please let us know how you would like to have the studio set up prior to coming if arrangements will be different than pictured.

Security cameras and recording devices
Building is Secured with Security Cameras, recording devices for podcast may be on site.
Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by Day 6 Entertainment.
